MAY 2026 TRAINING EVENTS
TRAINING INFORMATION:
The two-day ballistic shield training will cover a range of essential skills and techniques. Day 1: Participants will focus on tactical approaches, proper handling and positioning of ballistic shields, and team coordination. The second day will be dedicated to range training, where attendees will practice live-fire drills.
TRAINING INFORMATION:
Captain Lamont Quarker will break down a murder investigation involving the West Side DL Bloods in the Inland Empire. The class highlights investigative strategies used to identify the suspect and gang involvement, leading to a successful arrest. As a result of the investigation, the suspect is now incarcerated within the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation
TRAINING INFORMATION:
Retired Special Agent Rene Ramos of the CDCR-SSU, conducted an extensive and complex investigation targeting the violent Canta Ranas gang. Through meticulous intelligence gathering, coordination, and investigative expertise, Agent Ramos successfully dismantled key elements of the gang’s criminal operations.
