DSG works closely with Corporate Human Resources and Corporate Security teams to reduce organizational risk, strengthen employee preparedness, and support a proactive workplace safety culture. We provide specialized training in Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI), tactical and professional communication, de-escalation strategies, workplace violence prevention, and comprehensive workplace safety programs aligned with corporate policies and regulatory requirements. Additionally, we offer Active Shooter Awareness and Response training for employees, managers, and executive teams, focusing on threat recognition, decision-making under stress, and coordinated response protocols with security and law enforcement partners.
