Owner / Partner: Gem is the Co-Founder of DSG, established in 2020, and serves as the company’s Chief Financial Officer and Director of Client Relations. As a founding leader, Gem has played a pivotal role in shaping DSG’s financial strategy, operational infrastructure, and long-term growth initiatives.

Gem earned a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from San Diego State University, where a foundation in performance science, discipline, and results-driven methodology continues to influence her leadership approach.

Her expertise in client relations, financial stewardship, and strategic communication has been instrumental in sustaining a client retention rate exceeding 90%. 

Through her leadership, DSG continues to demonstrate financial integrity, operational excellence, and an unwavering commitment to client success.

Owner / Partner:  Ron brings over 25 years of law enforcement experience and currently serves as the Assistant Chief for the California Department of Health Care Services – Investigations Division. He is a recognized Subject Matter Expert in criminal investigations, with specialized expertise in fraud and Medi-Cal fraud investigations. Ron is an Executive Board Member of the Filipino American Law Enforcement Officers Association – Los Angeles Chapter (FALEO-LA) and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Emergency Management. a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a Master’s degree in Emergency Management and Homeland Security.

Owner / Partner: Neil proudly served in the United States Marine Corps and was stationed at Camp Pendleton in San Diego. He currently serves as a Correctional Officer with the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, where he brings professionalism, discipline, and law enforcement expertise to his role.  In addition to his public service, Neil oversees a variety of operations within the DSG organization, contributing strong leadership, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.

Associate:  Nick is a retired California Highway Patrol (CHP) Officer and K-9 Handler with 17 years of law enforcement experience. His assignments included firearms and explosives detection, as well as patrol operations throughout Orange County. During his CHP career, Nick was selected for multiple task force assignments, including investigations involving outlaw motorcycle gangs. He currently works in the field of executive protection.

Associate: Ray brings more than 25 years of law enforcement experience, including distinguished service as a Chief of Police at three separate agencies: San Jose/Evergreen Community College Police Department, San Diego Community College Police Department, and California State University, Fullerton Police Department. He also served as the Executive Director of the California College and University Police Chiefs Association. Ray is a recognized Subject Matter Expert in campus law enforcement, emergency management, active shooter response, and executive leadership. He holds a Master’s degree in Public and International Affairs.

Associate: Mike is a retired Sergeant with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, bringing over 30 years of law enforcement experience. He supervised LASD’s Tactics and Survival Unit and served as a member and team leader of the Special Response Team (SRT), responding to numerous emergencies and incidents of civil unrest across the county. Mike has also planned and executed numerous active shooter response field training exercises throughout Los Angeles County.
